Accepting ink cartridges other than Epson

Hello
I have an Epson Stylus 4450 multifunction printer, and since I installed the new recycled cartridges, it won't print anymore?
I followed the instructions on the website: removed the cartridges, turned it off, unplugged it, waited 1 minute... and I even disconnected the monitoring and the print speed, but nothing works; it still won't print?
Can you help me?

    Hello,

    Do you have an error message or a warning light? Which one?

    It's likely that your cartridges are not the right ones.

    Did you refill the original cartridges?

    Or on the contrary, did you buy refillable cartridges? That you have filled, to replace the original ones?

    All of this is quite different, especially with Epson...

      I had replied but didn't send it, my ink indicator is on
      and just for info, I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it while doing an update in the process, but I'm going to resort to buying original cartridges.
