Voice recording failure

Hello,

I am writing to you because I am a bit desperate. I had an interview today and recorded it with my Samsung A10 using the voice recorder app. I checked from time to time that the recording was still in progress, but when it came time to record the conversation (about 50 minutes), my phone indicated a recording failure.
I can't recover this recording and I don't know if it's lost forever (I hope not). And since then, the app doesn't work anymore; as soon as I press the red button to record, it immediately shows a recording failure message on the screen.

I don't know what to do, thank you in advance for your help!

    Welcome to the CCM forum :)

    Try to check directly in the location where your voice recordings are stored on your Samsung A10.

    After restarting your phone, does the problem persist?

    Are you sure your microphone is not already being used by another app?
