My right JBL Free X earbud is not working anymore.

Hello,
I have JBL Free X earbuds and my left earbud suddenly won't connect to my phone. Do you have any answers to help me, please?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 78.0.3904.108

    Hi,

    Have you plugged your headphones into another device? If so, do you have the same issue? If that's the case, there's a good chance that the wires have broken at the earbud...

    It's not repairable → buy quality headphones ;-)

      If your left earbud won't connect anymore, it's because the two earbuds are no longer connected together
      I had the same problem and I was able to fix it
