Showroomprivé.com order cancellation and account blocking without notice!
Hello, I posted a message this week that was deleted!
I was talking about showroomprivé.com which canceled one of my orders and blocked my account for no reason! Unacceptable, I sent a file to the DGCCRF and I'm waiting for an exemplary response from them!
I had to create a secondary account since I no longer have access to my account.
For good measure, the order I placed was validated without any problems and a few days later I received a cancellation email!
Scandalous, I am for an association and a legal action as soon as possible, other complaints are visible all over the internet on sites like "Que Choisir" for example!
This has to stop, it's getting ridiculous; these boasting sites think they can do whatever they want! Enough!

Same here, my account has been blocked for several weeks. Despite the calls, nothing is happening. They promise you a callback within 5 days and it has been 2 months that this is going on. I don't know why because my order was successfully validated and paid for, and there are no issues on my bank's side. At the same time, by playing this game, they will soon have no clients left by closing accounts without any feedback... in any case, very bad impression, I absolutely do not recommend this site!

Hello, showroomprivé doesn't give a damn about its customers, they send counterfeit products. I just ordered a curling iron from the brand Postsquam worth 93 euros and I just received a Chinese counterfeit that sells for 20 euros on other sites.

Exactly the same mishap, account blocked unfairly, with no prior information, two orders canceled and one order still pending. I don't understand what's going on, the customer service I reached by phone was unable to provide me with any information. I’m supposed to receive a call back in 5 business days.
