Hello,
Are other file formats being sent correctly?
How do you handle your messages? With a webmail or a client software?

(Bertolt BRECHT)-
No files are sent from either Open Office or Libre Office
I send and receive my messages on Wanadoo
I also get this message:
There is no mail program associated to perform the requested action. Please install a mail program or, if such a program is already installed, create an association in the default programs control panel.
Thank you for addressing my problem.

I suppose you're trying to send your files directly from LibreOffice using the "send by email..." command.
In this case, LibreOffice needs to find an email "client" (Thunderbird, Outlook, Mail...) that must be installed on the computer and, perhaps, pre-designated (I don't use this system).
You can - in fact, it's even recommended to do so very regularly during creation and to make copies - save the file on your computer (a Windows PC? A Mac?...). Then, either you use one of the clients mentioned above, or you log into your Orange email account (formerly Wanadoo) to create your message and attach your file before sending it.
