Issue with a line on the left side of a document

Hello,

I just finished typing a long text and when I switch to reading mode, a vertical red line appears on the left side of the text, and this happens throughout the document. How can I make it disappear? Thank you

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 77.0.3865.90

    Try this method
    - Click on the "Review" tab and on "Accept".

    - Click on "Accept all changes"
