SRICAM SP008 NO IMAGE

Hello,
I have an outdoor camera SRICAM SP008 that has been working well since its installation over a year ago.
Today, 16-11-2019, I have no image, just a black screen.
I cleaned the camera, still no image.
Big mystery!
If anyone has a solution, I am very interested!!!!
