Remote cameras not working

Hello
I live in France and have set up well-configured cameras abroad that are working.
But since my return, when I try to connect, I get an error message "OFFLINE"
The motion detections are transmitted but not visible with the error message "INCORRECT PASSWORD"
If the password was incorrect, I wouldn't have access to all this information.
I am on the Orange network and have entered my box's IP, but nothing works.
Can you help me find a solution?

    I set myself up with Annke Sight, and since I can't connect, I tried with the IDMSS app. That's where I entered the IP address of my Orange box in France that was requested.

      OK,
      I have no idea what this app does, but apparently, it does it poorly. I think we need to check with them.
