Razer Kraken headset issue

I’m reaching out because I recently bought a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset, which is quite clean in terms of audio quality and comfort. Unfortunately, a bug suddenly appeared and it’s very annoying because the headset becomes unusable. Basically I don’t hear any sound from it, or it’s extremely, extremely, extremely quiet, even though in Windows 10 sound settings the device is recognized in the little bar below the device. I’ve tried reinstalling the drivers, rebooting the computer, etc., but nothing helps :/

Hi, I had the same problem with my headset. I think it’s related to the volume wheel located on the cable of the headset, which is quite sensitive.
