Hello,
I bought a Razer Kraken Pro headset with a microphone a month ago (on June 30, 2014) and I just downloaded the Razer Surround software that allows you to configure your headset/microphone. I then saw that to get the full version, if you have a Razer product, you need to register it on the website https://razerid.razer.com/?redirect=https://razer-id.razerzone.com/warranty/new&client_id=b8bfda921fb67abed94266c89d4695f38dc63df2 to get a promo code and thus unlock the paid version. I did this by perfectly entering the serial number and everything they asked for, but now I don't know how to obtain this promo code or where to find it.

Hello, I managed to register despite everything, but there's nothing to be done, the Razer Kraken Pro headset microphone isn't working. Do I need to download drivers or update something? I find the situation frustrating because the instructions are virtually non-existent; you have to guess how to do it, it's really a frustrating experience...
