XP PEN ARTIST 22E stylus issue

Hello,
I have an XP PEN ARTIST 22E tablet.
Everything was working fine... until recently when my stylus stopped working....

My tablet still turns on, the screen of my tablet works well, when I use my mouse I can see the cursor moving both on my MAC screen and on my tablet / but when I try to use the stylus on my tablet / as soon as I bring it close the cursor "mouse" "the arrow" or whatever... suddenly jumps to the top left of my tablet screen and freezes.... If I take the mouse back it moves again, but if I bring the stylus back close...same thing...the cursor goes to the top left. If I stay with the stylus, whatever I do on the screen it remains stuck up there....

Anyway, before asking my question on this forum I did buy another stylus thinking it might be defective... and no, same story...same problem...so now I have a spare stylus...
But I'm quite troubled as coloring on the tablet is my main activity and it hasn't worked for a week....
Thanks in advance for your help.
Isa

Hello,

Maybe a lead...

Perhaps you need to install the latest drivers and software?

Good luck!

Small evolution of the problem. I contacted XP PEN (by the way, it was very difficult to find customer service... in France...)
Anyway, I could only contact them via email.
They told me to install the latest version, even though it’s specified for IMAC 10.15 CATALINA while I'm on HIGH SIERRA... Go figure...
Anyway, this time the stylus responds, the arrow doesn't stay stuck in the top left... except that it does whatever it wants.... it switches from eraser to brush without me pressing the button... it selects anything....
In the pen tablet app, I did the calibration (the famous process where you have to press with the stylus on crosses at different locations on the screen...)
But nothing better...
I also find it quite disappointing that there are so few customer service options... XP PEN products are cheaper than WACOM and personally, I am satisfied with the quality of the tablet considering what I do..
But if we have a problem... it’s zero solutions...
Any ideas?
Thank you.

Hi, I have the same problem, I'm quite lost too. No matter what I do, the stylus keeps getting stuck in the top left corner, and despite numerous attempts, I can't fix the issue.
If anyone has an idea, I would also be interested.
I do have the latest macOS Catalina 10.15.1 update.
