Hello,
I am from Tunisia. My problem is that I have a J7 Prime with Android 6.0.1 and every time I check for a new update, it tells me that I already have the latest version, which is false since the latest version is Nougat 7.0 and I only have 6.0.1.
My sister also has the same model as mine and Android 7.0 installed itself on her phone a long time ago, while I search for an update every day but find nothing.
Could you please tell me how to get Android 7.0 on my J7 Prime?

J7 Prime doesn't mean much because there are variants like
SM-G610F, G610F, SM-G6100, G6100
then you have the 2018 model version 2
Galaxy J7 Prime (2018), SM-G611FF/DS, G611FF/DS
so which one do you have exactly? You also don't say whether you bought it unlocked or through a carrier.
