Hello,
I would like to be able to remove the subtitles from the screen of my Sharp television.
I have tried several methods suggested on the website, but nothing works. Can you help me? Thank you

Configuration: Android / Chrome 77.0.3865.116

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug them back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
