Hello, before going on vacation a week ago, the high school gave us a Unowhy Y13 laptop.
But I'm having an issue with the computer; yesterday when I tried to log in to my computer, it said "other accounts" instead of "admin." I tried all the methods; I even booted in safe mode, but that didn't work. I would like to ask for your help, and I would be very grateful if you could find a solution for me.

    Hi,
    just create the same user account on the PC where you want to connect and the client, and ... use it.
    You can also set the same password for both accounts, that helps.
