I12 tws issues

Hello, I just received the i12 TWS earbuds and the right earbud emits a red light when it is in the charging case, which is normal, but when I take it out, it no longer emits any light and does not work. Only the left earbud works. How can I fix this issue?

    Hi, I'm responding to your question. There's a button behind the case; press it once and hold for 5 seconds. Press it again, and it will turn blue. Go to Bluetooth, and it will connect.

      Can you explain it again please, I can't get it connected, the blue light is on but I can't connect it.

      Hello, for my birthday I received the i12 and only one AirPod works; the other one doesn't search for Bluetooth, the red light stays on but it doesn't make any sound and doesn't connect to Bluetooth.
      Can you please help me?
