Connect a Smart TV to freewifi without a web page

Hello,

I have a Toshiba smart TV and I currently don’t have a box. I would like to connect to my neighbor's freewifi network for the time being, but while my TV connects well to the freewifi network, it doesn't open the login page for entering the credentials, so it doesn't work.

When I try to open the browser myself, it doesn't open at all because there is no connection.

By setting my phone as a mobile hotspot, I can connect to the browser and I tried entering the credentials by going to the free.wifi.com page, but that page doesn't open at all.

In short, I don't have enough data on my phone and I would like to use freewifi on my TV but without success.

Since I can’t open the browser on my TV once connected to freewifi, the ideal solution would be to connect to freewifi via my phone and activate the mobile hotspot to connect my TV to it. However, the question is whether the mobile hotspot still uses the phone's data plan in 4G or if it can emit using the freewifi connection and therefore not use my phone's internet data?

If there is another solution, I would be grateful for that as well!

Sorry for the lengthy message, I hope my question is clear. Thank you very much to those who take the time to help me.

Configuration: Android / SamsungBrowser 10.1

Hi,
if you're not a Free customer, you're not allowed to use Freewifi.
You can watch channels streaming on your mobile via 4G, although I regret to inform you that sharing a 4G connection to the TV is possible.
Otherwise,
even a smart TV should allow you to traditionally watch TNT channels while waiting to get a proper internet subscription.
