My headset won't turn on.

Hi, for my part, I have a Marshall Major 2 Bluetooth headset. I used it as usual, but from one day to the next, it won't turn on anymore. I charged it, but nothing happens; it lights up while charging, but once unplugged, it turns off. It’s really annoying for listening to music. Can someone please help with a solution?

      Hello, I pressed the only button I found (a small vertical white button inside the right earbud) for several minutes and I'm not getting anywhere. Is there another solution to get it working again?
