Hello,
I just installed a new office where WORD 2019 was located. Every time I work on a document, I get a message saying "download failed, the server quota has been exceeded." It then advises me to save my document. This appears every two minutes. Can someone help me? Or give me a number where I can contact someone who can help me?

You need to save your documents in the cloud via OneDrive, it's probably the one sending you this message https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/office/r%c3%a9soudre-l-erreur-0xe0000796-quota-d%c3%a9pass%c3%a9-dans-onenote-e83ac665-8ecf-4d74-b6bc-1585599e971e?ui=fr-fr&rs=fr-fr&ad=fr
Go to Word options, then to Saving, then Document Saving Options
