Is 450w enough for a GTX 1060?

Hello, I have 2 PCs with power supplies of 450W and 600W, and I also have 2 graphics cards: a GTX 770 and a 1060. The 770 requires a PCIe power connection of 1x 6-pin and 1x 8-pin (which the 450W power supply does not have, unlike the 600W), and the GTX 1060 requires 1x 6-pin (which the 450W power supply has).

Is it possible to connect my 1060 to the 450W power supply and the GTX 770 to the 600W? I know it's not optimal, but I want to replace the GTS 450 that looks out of place in my setup.

The configuration of my PCs:
1:
i7 4000k
GTX 1060
Corsair water cooling
a 120GB SSD and a 2TB HDD
4 fans
8GB DDR3 RAM

2:
GTX 770
i5 6600k
Cooler Master Nepton 120XL water cooling
2 hard drives, one 320GB and the other 1TB
3 fans
8GB DDR4 RAM

    Hello,

    Normally yes, 450 Watts is enough for a GTX 1060, but the power supply must be of good quality and not a cheap "no-name" brand.
