Issue with my Youzeek account

Hello,
I am reposting here a message that was posted just now, because I might have mistaken the forum... My apologies. My credentials have not been recognized on Youzeek since yesterday, which prevents me from logging into my account, and thus accessing my playlists. It’s impossible to create a new account, change the password, or anything else; the only option is to go through FB or Google. But in that case, I lose my playlists from the Youzeek account created years ago that was working perfectly.
I’ve tried different browsers, I deleted custom preferences, ad blockers, etc., then I finally ended up going through my FB account (which I didn’t want to do initially), but now I can't create playlists anymore; I always end up on "create a new playlist."
Over 1000 carefully chosen songs that I miss so much...
I just noticed that the Youzeek interface has changed.
Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 69.0

Hello Mat, I only see your message now. So, the Youzeek team was great for me; I reached out to them through their Facebook. Good luck! :)

Same for me, I can only log in with my Google account.
Can't create an account or log in with my old credentials.
I changed smartphones a year ago, and after installing Youzeek, I also lost my playlists.
Moreover, with the new interface, we no longer have access to the player for volume control or to change songs on an album.
If you go to next, the player goes straight to the next choice on the list.
      If anyone has any ideas?

      Best regards.
