Hello,
I recently bought a Beats Solo 3 Wireless Bluetooth headset. The problem is that the sound level is very low, even when turning the volume all the way up via Bluetooth, while it works fine with the jack cable on my S10.
I've done some tests on my end; I tested it with another phone, the Note 9 and S7, and it works perfectly.
I've searched through the settings and can't find anything to solve the problem.
Note that I've never had this issue with any other Bluetooth speaker. However, I have never had the chance to test it with another Bluetooth headset.

If you don't find anything in the settings, I don't really see what else could be done except delete the Bluetooth profile and maybe resynchronize?
Otherwise, I think you know this, but just in case, the sound is not only adjusted on the speaker but also on the phone; the speaker's volume can be full blast, but if the Bluetooth volume setting is low, it will stay low. You need to increase it on both devices.
