Hard drive recognized on Mac but not on PC

Hello,
Thank you for your help,

I bought a hard drive compatible with MacOS and Windows,... the only small problem is that I just connected it to a PC and I can't open it, as if it were non-existent even though I have the option to eject it. As soon as I got this drive, I connected it to my Mac and it works perfectly on Mac.
My problem: It works on Mac but not on Windows
Thank you for all the solutions you will provide.

Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 13.0

    What is the format (FAT32, NTFS, MAC, EXFAT, ...) of this disk?
    Know that a format compatible with both Mac and PC is FAT32 or exFAT.

      You're speaking a bit of Chinese to me :)

      from what I understand it's a FAT 32, NTFS, HFS+
