How to Retrieve my Easy Calendar?

Hello,
I have an iPhone 6S+ and I don't know what happened, but while uploading my data to iCloud (for the first time!!), I lost all my appointments saved on Easy Calendar!!!☹️????????
Of course, in these moments, everything goes wrong, because I didn't recover anything from iCloud. Knowing that Easy Calendar is not an Apple app!!
And obviously, I haven’t made any backups in a long time.
I hope there’s a "cache" or a way to recover the calendar directly on the phone??
