Hello,
Since Orange modified its webmail, I've been having problems with Orange's messaging when using Chrome (my favorite, with ID and password saved). After 3 days without receiving any emails at all, this messaging service no longer allows me to reply, forward, or send a draft (which saves perfectly). However, with Internet Explorer, there are no issues! Orange's hotline advised me to reset Chrome's settings, which works right away, but the next time I start it up, everything has to be redone!
Moreover, despite the warning given at the start of Chrome's reset, while the ID and password are saved, the favorites that appear initially are deleted and need to be re-added.
Can I reconfigure Chrome (and how, with details please) to no longer have this problem, or should I continue using IE for Orange's messaging and Chrome for other browsing?
Thank you very much in advance to those who will take the time to look into my problem.

Hello,
My answer is probably not going to please you:
1- Chrome, your favorite, is the worst internet browser because its creator, Google, is the champion in tracking on the internet!
Instead, use the free browser Firefox from the Mozilla Foundation, which is not affiliated with any platform.
https://www.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/new/
It also allows you to save your ID and password.
2- An internet browser is not meant to handle email because it only shows remotely who is present on the server on the internet.
By definition:
The internet is a PUBLIC place
Email is in the realm of the PRIVATE
There is a strong antinomy between these two states of affairs!
To preserve the confidentiality of an email and ensure its security, the best way to manage it is to keep emails and contacts at home, on your PC, ensure backups, and leave nothing hackable on the internet.
This is done using an email client software, specially designed to manage emails well, just as Word is specially designed to draft a document well.
