Games absolutely stars M6

Hello*

I won the sum of 8000 euros on March 31, 2019, in the game Absolutely Stars on the M6 channel.
I appeared live on television; I couldn't believe it, but it was really true!
Before hanging up with the receptionist, she explained to me that I needed to send all my details by mail and that upon receipt, they would send the check for 8000 euros within a maximum of 4 months. (She told me that usually the check arrives within 2 and a half to 3 months.)
So the next day, I sent everything with acknowledgment of receipt. They received it 2 days later.
From there, the countdown begins!
To this day, I haven't received anything!!
I contacted the concerned service, who assured me that my file is being processed but that they are delayed in accounting, and I should likely receive my winnings in the summer.
I'm trying to get a number for accounting, but it's impossible to get any information.
So I'm waiting out of sheer necessity because they keep repeating the same thing to me.
I wonder if this isn't a scam after all, and do I have any rights?!?
