Hello, when I open KIZOA, a screen asks for permission to allow the Flash reader software; the screen provides a procedure for this. However, the procedure described does not match my screen at all (I am using Windows 10). Why this request when it was working simply until now?

Configuration: Windows / Edge 18.18362

    Hello .....

To solve the "problem", you need to ...
1► Download and install Flash Player >> Here
2► Close Firefox and install Flash Player
3► Relaunch Firefox and then Kizoa
4► You will get a message asking for permission to launch Kizoa
5► You confirm by clicking on the icon at the top left, just next to the small green padlock, and that's it .... Kizoa will be okay (Example)
    See screenshot image below

A+ for your upcoming comments.... But if none >> Resolved
