Error 0x80080005 - 0x90018 during Windows 10 installation

Hello,

I bought a new computer and I wanted to install Windows 10 using a USB drive. I launched the Media Creation Tool and before the data download started, I received an error message: “We don’t know what happened, but we weren’t able to run this tool on your PC. If this problem persists, contact customer support and provide the error code. Error code: 0x80080005 - 0x90018”

I don’t know what to do

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 69.0

      But does it work if I want to make a copy of the operating system? Just to confirm.
