Try this:

1- Delete the history of "Camera Roll"
Keyboard shortcuts Windows + R
Copy/paste
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries
Then Ok
Open "Camera Roll"
Delete everything.

You can copy/paste your images or videos to an external drive before deletion.
Reset the camera again.
Settings → Apps → Apps & features → Camera


2- Keyboard shortcuts Windows + R
Copy/paste
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries
Then Ok
Right-click on Camera Roll.
Then Properties.
Click on "Camera Roll" folder that you want as location. (Image folder for example)
Click on "Set as default Save location".

Open the camera.
Click on the settings button
Change the position to save your photos and videos from C: to D:

2- Disable automatic driver installation.

Hello,

I just got almost the same error code as you, go figure why!!!


I changed the USB port and it works.
Be careful to let the driver install properly, it takes 30 seconds and the webcam lights up if you have a light.
Even if you have USB 3 ports on your PC recognizable by their blue notch, it works.

The problem is that this happened on my HUB with 3 USB ports, one of which wasn't working. (I must say I bought it 5 years ago for 10 euros, prices have changed since...) Moving it to another port works.
Each time the driver installs, if it doesn't, you need to opt for another webcam compatible with W10 and that's marked on the packaging.
You can add one if you wish.
