Read "Photo Stage" files from NCH on TV screen

Hello, I made a slideshow on NCH Photo Stage and saved it on a USB stick. When I plug the USB into the USB port of my TV, it doesn't find this photo file. Is that normal?

    Yes, that's probably normal, I don’t know the app, but what format does your app export its slideshow in?
    Because TVs often only read images as such, not slideshow files.
    To be verified.

      I read "Export video slideshows in Flash, .mov, .mp4, .gif, .avi, .3gp, etc."

      So you need to export in a format that is readable by the TV, and be careful because MP4, for example, has different versions, so make sure to check the manual of the TV.
