Hello, I had on my old PC the editing software "Microsoft Photo Suite Editing", very useful in many ways, but I couldn't recover it to install it on my new PC because the old one crashed with no possibility of recovery.
How can I find this software, since Microsoft no longer distributes it?
Thank you in advance for your responses!
Best regards.
Configuration: Windows / Vivaldi 1.9.818.50

Hello,
let's say that the software you're talking about dates back to Windows XP.
I can advise you to look into free software on one hand:
Xnview, I used this one back in the day to reduce the size of images for making websites in training in png, it's good and powerful
https://www.xnview.com/fr/
Otherwise, you have Picasa for free:

Then, a very efficient open-source software is Gimp, originally installed under Linux:
it is the equivalent of Photoshop (the paid version)

If you want to spend money, I can suggest Adobe Photoshop in a version that is usable for 7 days as a trial then paid
either as a one-time purchase which is cheaper than a subscription
https://www.amazon.fr/Adobe-65237571-Photoshop-Lightroom-6/dp/B00TDJHI36/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1497014469&sr=8-1&keywords=photoshop
or through a monthly subscription, but the costs can add up faster (the more you have the training and support).
that's all I can provide you.
I wish you happy surfing...-
Thank you GPUI!
I have several other photo editing software, but I was attached to this one because it allowed me to do certain edits or montages that I haven't found elsewhere.
It's strange that it's impossible to get my hands on it again on the grounds that XP is gone...
If anyone however... Thank you in advance.
Have a good Sunday GPUI...
