Hello,
I'm unable to open the attached photo in a text message that was sent to me.
Is it a misconfiguration on my part?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 68.0

Good evening Pierr10,
The smartphone is a Samsung Galaxy J5.
When I tap on the attached photo, nothing happens; the photo doesn't open.
I performed the same operation with another phone, and there, the photo opened...
Could it be an issue with the sending smartphone?-
I don't think it comes from the sending smartphone (I think the attached images are in jpg format).
The SMS/MMS settings can be accessed from the Messages app.
Click on the three little dots in the top right corner, then on Settings > More settings
By clicking on SMS, you should see the Message Center number. It should normally be filled in since you are receiving SMS. There is nothing else to configure.
By clicking on MMS, everything should be unchecked except for Automatic retrieval.
That's all there is for SMS/MMS settings
Also check that Mobile Data is enabled. You can see it by fully expanding the settings and notifications on the home screen (2 swipe movements from the top of the screen): the double arrow should be blue (active).
