W10 won't start + orange screen striped with vertical white lines

Hello,
After browsing the forum, it seems to me that nothing matches the issue I have, at least with my PC.
When I turn it on, the Asus page appears.
Then comes the "Scan Devices" page with the response "no any....".
And the next page is orange with white vertical stripes and a blinking dash in the top left corner, and that's it, nothing else happens!
If I understand correctly, it's not booting.
Help!!
If I press the "start" button, the computer shuts down instantly.
So, doctor, is it serious?
Just to note, over a month ago, I reformatted a 128Gb SSD where I installed W10.
Everything was working perfectly until...
Now, of course, I am posting from a borrowed computer.
I would owe eternal gratitude to whoever can help me.

Configuration: Windows10 / Firefox 68.0
