Mobile data enabled, no Internet

Hello,
I just got a new phone: the Xiaomi Mi 9. When I activate my mobile data, the 4G+ logo is displayed, but I can't access the internet on most services (Instagram and Shadow Fight 3 work, but not Chrome or Twitter, for example). When I use a VPN, everything works again. This problem didn't occur on my old phone.
I've already toggled airplane mode on and off.

Additionally, when I connect to an open WiFi that requires registration, I don't get a notification to open the authentication page. I have to copy the link http://connectivitycheck.gstatic.com/generate_204 that I've saved in my notes... What should I do?

I finally found it.
Go to Settings > SIM cards and mobile networks > [Click on the SIM card that has a problem, at the top] > Access Point Names > [tap the small arrow to the right of the name of the access point in use] > Look for "Proxy" and delete it, save, and it's good.
