Missing fonts in Inkscape

Hello,

By adding a new font from Dafont, I just realized it doesn’t appear in Inkscape.

I downloaded 5 other fonts (OTF and TTF), same issue. Looking closer, I have some fonts I recently used that now no longer appear.

In LibreOffice, or Notepad, I have all the fonts. Any idea?

      https://www.dafont.com/fr/junglefever.font for example: it worked before in Inkscape, I used it in one of the documents I’m trying to edit. Now it doesn’t appear in the list anymore.

      I’ve tested with others, for example:
      https://www.dafont.com/fr/brewski.font
      https://www.dafont.com/fr/summer-tropical.font
      https://www.dafont.com/fr/c-rial.font
      ....

      They are indeed in my Windows Fonts folder, I can access them in LibreOffice, Notepad, ... but not in Inkscape.

      Other fonts that were installed earlier are however still available in Inkscape, for example https://www.dafont.com/fr/sketch-3d.font.

      I have modified the way permission is given for the font to be embedded in a document.

      For information, this font is not intended for the French alphabet.. it does not have the full ASCII code set.

      Thank you for your help, unfortunately the same result.

      The problem must not come from the fonts, JungleFever was working very well, I used it a few weeks ago.

      I use these fonts for laser cutting; some do not have the full alphabet, indeed, but that has never been a problem. I checked in Inkscape, many of them appear very well there.

      Right-click -> Install for all users.

      Indeed I always installed the fonts with a double-click -> Install and it has always worked this way.

      For those that used to work like JungleFever, I re-downloaded the font and reinstalled, this time doing a right-click -> Install for all users and it works again!!! :D

      The origin of the problem remains unknown but well, I can use Inkscape again, which suits me.
