TV Amplifier Settings

Hello,
I connected 2 TVs to an OPTEX 051009 television amplifier.
When both TVs are on, they work perfectly.
However, if I turn off the first TV, which is close to the amplifier, the second one loses signal regardless of the order of the connections.
What should I do?
Thank you

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 75.0.3770.100

    Hello,
How are these TVs connected? RCA? Optical or coaxial cable?
On the same input of the amplifier?

I don't really understand the question
both TVs are connected via a standard coaxial cable.

Oops, I didn't realize it was an antenna preamplifier...
Check if any of the TVs might be sending 5V through the coaxial cable to power a preamplifier, which could mess things up
This preamplifier has four outputs, have you tried swapping them?
