Access Netflix with Meteosat decoder

Hello,
I would like to receive Netflix. I have a 'meteosat hd' fransat satellite decoder that can be connected to the internet and an HDMI television (a bit old). I was told about Chromecast. If I understood correctly, this device would connect to my Orange Livebox via Wi-Fi. However, would it be possible to connect my satellite decoder to my box via Wi-Fi and receive Netflix without having to buy the Chromecast device and manage Netflix access directly from my decoder?

    Hello,
    I believe that in fact your decoder only allows access to additional interactive content from TV channels via its internet connection and to perform possible updates
