Gap between two pages

Hello,

I’m coming here with a problem I can’t solve. I’m doing a two-page spread in the classic A5 format. I have graphic elements that regularly overlap both pages.

And that’s the issue: my bleed is 3 mm. The junction when printing, for these overlapping graphic elements, should line up perfectly, but that’s not the case — there is a 3 mm shift up or down between these facing pages.

Does anyone have any idea?

Thanks in advance

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 67.0

What kind of printer do you use?

Do you print from the "booklet" mode or the "plan" (sheet/planche) function?

Thank you for your question. I am using the board/planche mode for printing.
But the offset is noticeable as soon as it is exported to PDF.

Weird... If your document format is A5, and you create a PDF (in A5) by unchecking the "spread" option, you should have bleeds all around the page… on both the even and odd pages and even on the central area where the image was automatically cropped… Is that the case??
