TV reception and data socket issue

Hello,

I just moved into a new apartment. Until now, my television was connected to the wall via a standard antenna cable.

In the new apartment, there is no antenna socket but a box with two data outputs.
I bought an adapter that allows me to connect one of the data outputs to the antenna output of the television.

Problem: When I start the channel scan, the channels are found and work. But as soon as I turn off the television and turn it back on, it says "No signal" and no channels are found. If I start a channel scan again, it works once more...

My television is recent and was working perfectly before. I think it has to do with these sockets... But what should I do?

    Hello,
This happened to me one day after 15 days of vacation (TV unplugged)
If you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you'll have to redo all the installation and settings.
    "I bought an adapter "
What type of adapter? If powered, how?
