My earbud has lost its grille.

Hello,
I have Samsung earbuds that came in the box with my phone. They work fine, but not long ago, one of my earbuds lost the small grille that is on the hole where the sound comes out in the middle of the rubber piece that goes into the ear! So I hesitate to use it for fear that it might be dangerous.
I don't know if I expressed myself well because I'm not sure what it's called.
So I wanted to know if I could still use my earbuds normally without any danger or not?
Knowing that they still work with the rubber piece.
