Hello, I just installed the game Journey which recently came out on the Epic Games Store on PC.
But the problem is that it won't launch
I've tried launching it as an administrator, adjusting the compatibility settings, but nothing works, nothing appears on the screen when I click on it. Can someone help me?

Ps: I have the same issue with the game Flower

Uninstall it and reinstall it to see if the problem persists.

I have the same issue, I searched a bit online and haven't found anything so far.
I contacted Epic Games, but nothing, I sent an email to the Devs, still no response.

For your information, I have this error in the Windows event log:

"Windows cannot access the file for one of the following reasons: a network connection issue occurred, the disk on which the file is saved, or the storage drivers installed on this computer, or the disk is missing. Windows has closed the program Journey.exe due to this error."

I’m not copying the entire error, but basically, they say the file is not accessible on the disk.
I tried moving it to another disk. A quick "CHKDSK /F" on startup too, but nothing.

I’m continuing to look for a solution for now! :)

  I have the same problem ^^, I see it open in my task manager and then disappear no matter how I've launched it :/
  I would really like to be able to play it without hiding anything from you, and I still can't find an answer :v

  I never found a solution and the game support never got back to me
  
  As for me, I had already planned to change my PC this summer and that’s what I did recently,
  
  I kept the same hard drive (HDD) where I store my games and with the new PC it works. Maybe there was an issue with my old PC (Windows messed up somewhere or during an update which prevented something from working, a driver with a wrong version, my old AMD graphics card) I don’t know.
  But one thing is for sure, it wasn’t the hard drive.
  
  I should have at least reinstalled Windows to test before dismantling my PC for the new one. That would have been my last idea

    Well, I don't know ^^
    And yes, I figured changing PCs for a game that costs €5/15 is a bit extreme. For my part, I already intended to do it before the game, so that's fine
    
    As I mentioned earlier, we should try reinstalling Windows or installing the game on a VM with Windows on it to see...
    Because for this game, it's really my last idea since I had tried almost everything back then.
