Hello,
Some Facebook games have not been opening for a few days, such as Jigsax Word and Mahjong Trails. I have cleared the cache of Chrome and nothing works.
Can you help me?

Thank you for replying so quickly.
Yes, I updated Flash, but you know I don't know much about it. I've looked around a bit and I don't see anything. If it helps you, my antivirus is Kaspersky, but I don't think it's him causing the issue.

No, I did not get an error message.

I just went to re-download Adobe Flash Player and it tells me there's an error initializing the application.

Well, actually not really because I don't understand anything about Kaspersky, but if I want to play, I turn off my antivirus, open the game, and then turn my antivirus back on, and it works. If you have more information about Kaspersky, I would be interested, otherwise I'll keep doing it this way. Thanks again.

There is always a risk, although low, when you deactivate your antivirus for just a few seconds.

I am not qualified to explain how this application works.
Look for tutorials online.
