Hello,
I have a major bug in Indesign CC 2019, on any document, I can't access the menu "View > Proof Setup" .. so there's a big color difference between what I see on the screen and my PDFs.
I have uninstalled Indesign twice, restarted my Mac, uninstalled Bridge... Nothing! I can't access the options "Custom Proof Setup / CMYK Space" etc.... it's grayed out, unclickable
Can someone help me? thank youuuu!
Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 74.0.3729.169

Check the settings you declared in the "Edit/Color" menu...
Normally, if you set a color space for CMYK, you should find it in the proof simulation....
If needed, create a custom proof format
Sorry, I am on PC... the menus on the MAC are different for the location of the functions.-
Thank you!!! Indeed, the top parameter "disabled" was selected!
What do you think is the best custom parameter to configure?- Boff... Generally, printers use Fogra39...
Personally, I created a separation profile in Photoshop that we share with Adobe software via synchronization, but that's because my clients have old offset presses or specific ones for certain types of printing (continuous or other..)
I have a separation curve very close to FOGRA39 because the FOGRA27 that was previously used did not favor black and led to a shift in the grays... By using 39 for separation printing, you should be fine
As for the Web... I don't know, it's not my field
For composite, I stick to RGB (Adobe RGB 1968)
