Hello,
I have an old Clayton TV (model CL32DLED15B) that I recently dug out.
Unfortunately, I can't find the remote... I have a universal remote that I've set up, which allowed me to perform an automatic channel search.
However, I don’t have all the channels, and I can’t navigate the menu fully as if the TV is locked for some unknown reason.
Let me explain: I go into settings, and to access the lower options I should theoretically use the down arrow on my remote, but nothing happens.
I’ve tried the remote on two other TVs, and all the buttons work perfectly.
So I would like to perform a factory reset on my TV, but how do I do that without a remote?
