Hello, I have two Outlook Live accounts with different usernames, both equally important.
On one, everything works fine.
On the other, the list of messages displays, but Outlook refuses to open the messages and attachments (which it does on my phone).
I am being told that I have no connection, but I do have one. It suggests trying again later, but it has been 24 hours... I cleared the cookies, and the same issue persists.
It's crucial that I access these attachments as they are official documents that I need to process, scan, etc.

I'm hesitant to reinstall Outlook for fear of losing all the data from both accounts, and I wouldn’t even know how to do it.
What do you recommend? I have sent a request to Outlook, but I'm not at ease, and it will probably be in technical English...

Yes, Outlook Live for both accounts, only one is blocked. At the top I have a yellow bar that appears from time to time but so far it hasn't bothered me (at the top of the screen)
On the Android version, I can display messages but not retrieve them.
