Hello, the jack plug of my headphones got stuck in the jack port of my phone... I managed to extract a small piece using the tip of a Bic pen (I saw that in a tutorial) but another part of the plug remains stuck in the phone...
It's very annoying because my phone detects a headset plugged in, so the sound doesn't come out and I can't call... HELP

    Good evening,
We need to see a repairman to unsolder the jack and put another one on.

Yes, because given the description, it must be seriously broken and it has likely suffered a major impact.
Without taking everything apart, it will be very complicated. Worse, maybe the inside is bent, and even if you manage to remove it, the contact will still be made.

Sure, and can I also repair my headset? (I think so, it's just a matter of changing the jack plug, but will the sound be of lower quality?)

In theory, yes, everything is repairable, and if you find a connector to "mount" and the soldering is done well, there will be no losses.
But these things are tiny, and if you don't have the right equipment and technique, you will just end up melting everything.
In short, depending on the headset and its price, it may be more interesting to replace it or have it done by someone whose job it is or who knows what they are doing.

Alright, thanks for the advice, I’m going to take the phone and the headphones to a repair shop.
