Epson XP-255 printing issue
Hello,
During my mother's attempt to print the printer report to get the WiFi Direct code, it turns out that she either prints half of it but not correctly (even though the ink level is good) or doesn't print anything at all.
Is this normal? How can we fix this issue?

Hello.
Please reload paper in the printer.
Then access the cleaning utility located in the taskbar (bottom of the screen, on the right)
click on nozzle check.
Then head cleaning,
and finally head alignment.
Note: always follow the instructions that appear on the screen each time you click on a setting.
After these steps, everything should be back in order.
