    Do you have a window telling you that this file is missing or absent? If so, it’s likely due to poorly installed or uninstalled software:
    Download FRST and once downloaded save it to your desktop, then open it and you will see this:

    Click on Scan and at the end of the scan, you will have two text files on your desktop FRST and Addition. Send these reports to https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ see this tutorial paragraph Send the analysis reports to pjjoint then provide the two links generated by Pjoint in your next message.

      Hello. A Microsoft message warned me not to download this application (FRST)... I solved my problem by removing my peripheral printer "Canon" and doing a new download with its disk... Thank you.
