What is it about and how do I reinstall the application? Thank you for helping me because I'm not very skilled!

    The problem comes from a missing file. Reset the printer or download a printer update, then perform a system restore on your computer. To do this, if you have Vista or Seven, click on Start and type rstrui in the search box to perform a system restore. Try to restore it to the date when everything was working normally.

      Good evening, I don't know. I found this message when I returned to my screen, there was nothing else! Before leaving, I cleaned my computer by deleting temporary files, the history, everything you do to clean it; I also downloaded photos from my camera... Could I have accidentally deleted something without realizing it? I find my photos on HP (my printer is HP). Could that be where the problem lies? Thank you for your help.
