Hello,
I built a computer two and a half years ago, and it was working very well until now.
It turned off while I was using it, and since then I haven't been able to restart it.
Nothing happens, no fans or debug LEDs (red LEDs next to the RAM for CPU / DRAM / VGA).
I tried unplugging everything (graphics card and all cables except for the motherboard and CPU power supply).
I also tried a CMOS reset
And nothing changes.
However, when I hold down the power button, after a few seconds, a blue LED starts flashing. I can't figure out what this LED corresponds to on my motherboard (MSI Z170-A Pro). https://youtu.be/OUdACMzI3Jg
It flashes alternating between two sequences:
- 1 Medium, 8 short, 3 long
- 1 Medium, 8 short, 4 long
Each sequence is spaced about ten seconds apart...
Does anyone have any idea what this is and where I could find more information?
I don't want to admit that the motherboard is dead...
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Android / Chrome 73.0.3683.90
