But I read in their terms and conditions that the photos are not contractual.

Given the results on the page, it's not really encouraging.
As for the mention "non-contractual image," most sites indicate it just in case; it's simply a precautionary principle.

Hello, just to inform those who want to place an order, I ordered a bed over 4 months ago and I still haven't received it. They don't respond to my emails and on the phone sometimes they say the bed has been sent, sometimes they say it will be sent next week... Anyway, I do not recommend this site at all.
Indeed, the reviews are thought-provoking…
The mention regarding the photos had already somewhat put me off, I admit
Because even if it's just a precaution, it's not very encouraging and it does allow them to absolve themselves of any form of responsibility... too easy

I just wanted to say that I had the same apprehension with the Usine Online site for my pergola, which had some quite negative reviews, and in the end everything was great.... But do as I did, call them before ordering. Especially since Destockpro is in France and has a phone number!
